On the day management Services

When booking with us for on the day management we will have 4 stages. Although this can be tailored for your requirements. 

• Initial meeting - We will explain the service and get to know each other, this is so important to us as we don't want you to feel that strangers are managing your wedding day. 

• Booking consultation - This is where we will take details of all of your vendors/providers, plan what you want your day to look like and you will secure us for your big day. We will check in with everyone throughout the time before your wedding and ensure they are aware of the plans. 

• Final Meeting (2 weeks before in person) - This will be to confirm all of your details, make sure you are happy and we will have a final timeline of your day finished for you. This timeline will be sent to all vendors and providers along with the instruction to check in with us if they have any requirements. 

• YOUR BIG DAY - Sit back, we have got this for you. 

We want everyone to be able to relax on their wedding day, we believe that this service should be available to everyone, so our pricing is standard. 

On the day Management only. 

• First 5hrs £375 (up to 100 guests)
• First 5hrs £500 (100+ Guests)
• Weddings of over 150 guests will be priced on request
• Additional hours charged at £100 per hour. 
• Deposits of £200 are paid at the time of booking and balances on or before the final meeting.
